Craniosacral Therapy with Horses ...
|
|
In the 4 day training we’ll explore the horse-human relationship
from a unique, empowered perspective through visionary craniosacral work.
This allows us to see what is actually happening with the horse physically
and emotionally in that moment and locate primary issues effecting behavior
and performance. We’ll work with horses for direct experience and
a deeper understanding. We’ll also work with each other so we can
give/receive valuable feedback. Discover the horse as our master teacher,
the speech of nature, the art of listening, expanded awareness, energy
gathering, visioning, focus, sourcing, ego’s influence and the interface
in relationships.
Prior experience with craniosacral therapy is not required, horse experience is a plus. This training is customized for attendees and is geared for the person looking for hands-on work that will help their horse overcome behavioral/emotional/physical issues and professionals looking to enhance their practice... veterinarians, chiropractors, dentists, massage therapists, acupuncturists and trainers. This work can help with cribbing; head shaking; lameness; stress relief; relief of tension patterns in soft tissues - stiffness, soreness, inflexibility; recovery from injury; prevention of injury and many other chronic and acute issues. This workshop blends shamanic wisdom from several cultures and is influenced by multiple methods of bodywork: craniosacral therapy, the Tellington Method/TTEAM training, postural rehabilitation and equine sports massage.
